Darlene Marcello is the Office Manager of Rosenberg Alvis Ambrose Wealth Management. She is a world traveler and has spent many years living abroad. Her dedication to client service and the day-to-day operations of our firm keep her plate full. Often it is said that "someone gives 100%." In Darlene's case, it is absolutely true. She has been with us since 2006 and takes great pride in helping us meet the needs of our clients.

Eliot Rosenberg is a Partner and Branch Manager of the Rosenberg Alvis Ambrose Wealth Management. After graduating as a business major from Florida State University, Eliot spent the first part of his career working with other financial planning firms in Tallahassee before forming his own company in 1990.
His professional designations include Life Underwriter Training Counsel Fellow; Chartered Life Underwriter; Chartered Financial Consultant and Registered Investment Principal.
He serves his community in leadership positions at his church and on the advisory boards of several organizations. He often tells his clients that he specializes in income replacement. That need for income may come from planned events such as retirement or from unexpected events such as a disability, death or family emergency.

Marc Alvis is a Registered Investment Advisor, Partner and Accredited Asset Management Specialist™ with Rosenberg Alvis Ambrose Wealth Management. He became licensed in 2007 and began his career as a Financial Advisor. Marc is a lifelong Tallahassee resident and received his Bachelor's degree from Florida State University in 1998.
When not working, Marc enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennie, and their 3 beautiful children, Baylie, Christian, and Caden. Marc is a family man who enjoys meeting with his clients face to face and helping them achieve their financial goals.
If you visit our office or come to one of our seminars, one of the first things you will notice is the infectious smile of Melissa Johnson. In addition to her duties as marketing director, Melissa works hand in hand with Darlene for the past 10+ years, to ensure that our clients' needs and questions are addressed correctly. Philip Ambrose is a Registered Investment Advisor, Partner and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ with Rosenberg Alvis Ambrose Wealth Management in Thomasville, GA. Even though he primarily works in the Thomasville market, he does partner with his colleagues to serve clients in Tallahassee and surrounding areas. He is a graduate of Southeastern University with a degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus in Business. He then went on to earn his CFP® credentials from the University of Georgia. He is a fiduciary and is passionate about serving his clients and their families by putting their needs and goals first.
After leaving an investing and insurance firm in the Kansas City area at the beginning of 2015, he moved back home to Thomasville to work at a local group benefits brokerage. After several years of focusing on group products, Philip decided to expand his services by offering personal financial planning and investing options for his clients that needed more than what their group coverage offered.
Philip and his wife Christina have two beautiful daughters. Their family is active in their local church and serve and lead on multiple ministry teams. They enjoy traveling to new places, spending time with their extended family, and hosting events at their home.
