Dr. Daniel Fass

Dr. Fass is an American board-certified Radiation Oncologist with thirty-five years of experience in the field. During his tenure at Memorial Sloan Cancer Center, he worked on the pioneering effort to develop 3D Conformal Radiation Therapy. He has been involved over the past decade in global health, having travelled to over a dozen countries to advise governments and private entities on using US knowledge and technology to improve the health of their citizens cost-effectively. His core competencies include networking with US government entities and major healthcare systems and a deep understanding of the challenges of applying cutting-edge therapies in developing economies while working across the cultural differences between the US healthcare system and the host country. He has also worked on healthcare reform in the United States advising government agencies on regulatory implementation. In 2019 he opened the Astana Center for TomoTherapy in Kazakhstan, the region's first modern radiation therapy facility. This Center is a model for cancer treatments in Central Asia and was honoured to host a visit by First President Nursultan Nazarbayev. He is currently working on an algorithm to personalize cancer screening recommendations based on a patient's social and family history. He also serves on the Medical Advisory Board in such healthcare companies as Mirada Medical, Lap Laser and Neo-Q Radiology.

Ivan is based in Dinsmore's Washington, D.C. office, where his practice focuses on helping clients realize their business objectives in their international contracting, international commercial disputes, international operations, and importing/exporting. During her employment with FCS, Ksenia was responsible for Energy and Infrastructure, supervising and implementing activities designed to facilitate market entry and achieve maximum commercial exposure for U.S. products in Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova and Georgia. In 2008, Ksenia and her FCS Kyiv colleagues supported the U.S trade mission to Tbilisi, Georgia, bringing over 500M of U.S. investment to help Georgia recover from the Russian invasion. Since 2016 Ksenia has been working for Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) at the U.S. Embassy in Berlin, Germany. Her areas of expertise include government relations, financial management, implementing marketing strategy and organizing outreach and promotion events in order to support the FAS offices in Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Slovenia. Before joining the U.S. government, Ksenia worked at a private investment bank in Ukraine, initially as Business assistant to the President and later as M&A analyst. Mr. Martin Anderson has more than 45 years of diverse technical, business, and operations experience in energy project management, evaluation, development, financing, design, construction, and operations. As the founder and owner of Bridgestone Associates, Ltd., over the past 30 years, he has performed and managed over 500 power and energy related projects including preliminary and detailed new plant and rehabilitation studies, detailed energy audits, and energy consulting assignments for industrial, commercial, institutional, and utility clients throughout the world. Projects have ranged in size, type, and location and total over 22,000 MW of power generation including over 2,500 MW of renewable power generation projects. He has also worked on energy efficiency studies and energy audits of over 25 million sq. ft. of industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities. He has extensive experience in the technical and economic evaluation of all types of traditional power generation plants as well as renewable and alternative power generation systems. He is experienced with utility generation, Distributed Generation, Distributed Heating, microgrids, peak shaving, transmission and distribution systems, load management, and load curtailment systems. Mr. Anderson has experience in Ukraine having managed a team and performed a detailed technical study on repowering and rehabilitation of the power generation and distributed heating supply system at the Yuzmash Energo plant in Dnipro. He is also experienced in other post-conflict power system rehabilitation projects having worked on projects in Liberia after their civil war. Mr. Anderson holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Brighton University and an MBA from Widener University.
