ROOTS TRACK CLUB

Our mission is to provide track and field athletes with the tools and the training to excel in sport, health, and life... Housed within the Roots Athletic Center in Westfield, MA, the Roots Track Club provides year round track and field training for youth athletes ages 10 through to college age. Our state of the art facility includes a 300 distance track, a fully-equipped sports performance training room, and 5 large turf fields for field event training... At Roots Track Club, we aim to provide an unparalleled level of service for track athletes in Western Massachusetts. Our coaches are highly experienced in the sport, both as athletes and coaches. We use consistent evaluation to guide our training, to ensure that we are pushing athletes towards their long term fitness goals.
