It is our purpose to provide these personalized services based on the needs of the client on a case by case basis... ROSE Counseling Center works to support clients & their families during the Recovery Process with affordable sliding fees scale to make our services affordable to all. Our friendly, knowledgeable & professional staff will help inspire, educate, & guide clients on their journey through the recovery process... ROSE Counseling Center provides substance abuse services in the Central Texas area. Our IOP, RIOP provides individuals with Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT) and substance abuse education to help in the recovery process. We provide education courses ordered by the state: DOEP, DWII, DWI
