The most important thing I learned at Walt Disney World is that everything works together to tell a story. From the design of the Cast Members' outfits, to the architectural design, to the food, to the special words and phrases the Cast Members use to speak with the Guests, everything we do is to immerse our Guests in our story. And it should be the same in graphic design, that all the individual pieces should work together to tell a story. From the color palette to the typography to the photographs to the balance and symmetry of the work, all the design elements should work cohesively as a whole!
