Our business model is to add value to these multifamily investments. And through that we are taking care of differed maintenance, adding amenities and doing interior upgrades to the units. With that said, we are elevating the property leading to creating a better community for our tenants and the neighborhood... Our teams and partnerships are formed with private individuals looking to grow their passive income and net worth through real estate. As we mentioned, our partners have a long-term investment outlook - typically 4-7 years.
