Dr. Scott Finnamore is the Executive Vice President of Educational Services for Leadership Development International. He has extensive experience in international education. In addition, spent most of his childhood attending international schools abroad.
For the past twenty-two years, he has been working in international education in China.After serving for 10 years as the head principal of TIS. He led the International Schools Consortium group of schools for five years.
Most recently, he has overseen new educational projects for Leadership Development International. Dr. Finnamore earned his doctorate from the University of Minnesota in Policy and Administration, and focused his doctoral research on bilingual education in China.

Originally from the US, Lynn Mallory has lived and taught in five countries - US, Kenya, Korea, Mongolia, and China.
She has over 28 years of experience in education as a classroom teacher, school administrator, and professional teacher trainer for Oxford University Press. Lynn holds a BA in English and French from the University of Richmond, and a MEd in TESOL from the University of North Carolina Charlotte.
She is actively involved in TESOL International and presents regularly at professional conferences.
