AKD DEVELOPMENT

In 2018 the citizens of Springdale overwhelmingly approved a bond issue to build a new animal shelter, which will include an in-house veterinary clinic. Extraordinary circumstances change the oricional site selection and the city had to purchase land, incurring addiontal site development, construction and utility connection costs. We are currently raising funds to by for the additional costs.
