At Steady, It is our mission to help ensure that health care providers are able to deliver the best culturally responsive mental health care treatment to the clients and communities they serve... At Steady, we offer clinical consultation to individuals and organizations that are looking for ways to improve who they serve, whether that be an individual client or a community impacted by racial injustices or substance use. We offer program development, program evaluation, group clinical consultation, and training for organizations including, but not limited to: substance use, codependency, co-occurring disorders, and organizational cultural responsiveness.
