Sonali Securities Limited (SSL) was formed in the year of 2021 and is being operated pursuant to its own Memorandum and Articles of Association, Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC)'s and Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE)'s rules and regulations and other applicable laws of the land. The Company started brokerage activities in Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited (DSE) on February 1, 2022 after having licenses from the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC). The Company is going to start its Stock Dealer function soon. The SSL offers stock brokerage services for its diverse clients through the extended network of head office. These services are made available by a dedicated workforce of twelve employees through five trading terminals by providing full-fledged depository participants.
