Karen Hogg

Karen Hogg is passionate about customer success and has over 20 years experience across every part of the customer journey: sales, on-boarding, support and customer success. She has coached and mentored customer-facing teams at seven companies, and consulted with many more, spanning start-up and scale-up through global tech giants. She founded Strive Engagement after seeing a need to help early and growth stage companies quickly create repeatable and scaleable processes to deliver loyal customers who renewed, bought more and referred others.
