THE AAD

"Opportunity" is a principle that refers to altering criteria to allow individuals the ability to access opportunities. "Chance" is a principle and philosophy that the AAD employs that refers to "opportunity" with the requisite services that will ensure that individuals succeed in their endeavors... While there may be many mitigating factors, the AAD believes that the vehicle for providing access to opportunities is through expert assistance. With that philosophy in mind, the Agency for Access & Development is designed to provide consulting and development services to individuals and organizations to pursue business goals, enhance processes, and procure funding to achieve benchmarks that will lead to their success.
