The TRACS team was formed during the 2020 pandemic by professionals with over 20 years experience working in Children's Services and in delivering enterprise applications. Our aim is to support local authorities in their commitment to help safeguard the lives of young people and close the achievement gap for children with disadvantaged backgrounds... TRACS promotes transparency of the care service plan; increasing time available for interventions and driving measurable outcomes; at the same time, empowering their journey into adulthood... Preparing looked after children for thriving in the community as adults, is a priority. To help professionals and care leavers achieve this, we have developed unique solutions that help to drive improved outcomes for those in their care.
