Truly Games was founded in 2020 by Thomas Magsaysay. The goal of the company was not to be the next game publisher, but was created to launch Card Pong. It was the first brain child of the creator who's goal was to make a fun drinking game that is simple and portable. The game launch was accelerated due to the COVID 19 pandemic so that people could have something fun to do while in their homes. Realizing how fulfilling it was to create a game that him and his friends could play in person or via video chat, more ideas began popping into his head. One in particular stood out right away, which was the aha moment that created Drinky.
