Now, Amy is a Data Scientist working with The Win Woman on data-oriented projects.

Deanna Novak

I have loved writing ever since I was able to hold a pencil. I discovered at a very early age that writing, much like reading, can take you to another place. But, unlike reading, that place is entirely up to you, limited only by your own vast imagination. My love of writing has taken me down many paths-first, as an attorney and later, as a children's book author. No matter the path, the writing is always what moved me forward. For years, I had the privilege of helping children with their stories. Now, I help others tell theirs.

Mary Gilos is the Executive Assistant to the CEO at The Win Woman. She brings over 15 years of experience to the table with expertise in administrative duties, customer service and executive support. Mary's skills in data management, scheduling system and project coordination make her an invaluable asset to The Win Woman as a whole. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. After graduation, she started working as a Marketing Consultant in a multinational IT company, then landed a job as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of a Philippine banking company for 7 years undertaking a broad range of secretarial and administrative duties. She also became a part of a multinational services company as a customer service support for 4 years. Mary was able to share her knowledge and skills to an angel investment company and to a full- serviced real estate company in the Philippines for years. Reporting directly to Yanyn San Luis, the Founder + CEO of The Win Woman, Mary has worked with the team to develop improved management systems for calendar planning, developing SOPs , logging/ tracking activities and keeping an open channel of communication within and between the team members.
