Morgan is a Principal Broker of Walleye Brokerage. He works with countless clients ranging from developers, commercial landlords and tenants, financial institutions, title companies, contractors and real estate businesses, to individuals wishing to buy or lease. This wide-array of knowledge and experience in real estate work provides a unique perspective to his clients. Morgan handles transactions from the purchase and development of raw land all the way to the sale of finished properties. Chris is a Principal Broker of Walleye Brokerage. He works with a broad range of clients on both business and real estate transactions, including builders, developers, sellers and buyers. Chris strives to find the best path forward on any deal -he is a problem solver who provides creative answers to push the deal across the finish line. When a company matures to the point where it attracts buyers, Chris helps his clients plan for a calculated and successful exit. On the buy side, Chris helps established companies of all sizes target and acquire other businesses or real estate that fits with their strategic objectives.
