Xina is co-founder of UNMUTE, the program changing the way people talk to each other about racism in the workplace, and co-host of Get Found Get Funded, a podcast about creating visibility, paths for growth and opportunity for entrepreneurs. Xina co-founded Black Female Founders (BFF), fostering conversations and solutions for Black female tech founders, and is a board member of BEACON, a Washington, D.C. initiative aiming to make the District of Columbia D.C. the No. 1 ecosystem for women entrepreneurs.
