Billy is the President of WRD Management who lives and works in Chicago, IL. Growing up in the suburbs of Chicago Billy always had a passion for the city and each of the unique neighborhoods within it. Before starting WRD Management, Billy held various positions within the real estate industry which helped him gain a wealth of knowledge in this field. This includes holding the position of asset manager at a local real estate merchant bank where Billy was responsible for managing a $75+ million real estate portfolio which included multi-family, office, and retail properties. Later Billy served as VP of Lending at a local short term lender where Billy learned valuable information about purchasing and renovating investment properties as well as creating valuable relationships with Chicagoland property owners. Billy is also a former licensed real estate broker.
