Corinne is acting Head of Client Services for the Hospitality sector, while also responsible for many of the sales processes underpinning the Group and managing our BDM team. John has over 30 year's experience in the automation, controls and energy industry of which more than 10 years was spent in the highly legislated and validated pharmaceutical market. His building services, controls expertise and technical knowledge of how buildings and manufacturing plants should be designed, installed, operate and optimised makes him an exemplar engineer and leader in the sector.
As one of the founders of the Optimised Buildings and Optimised Spaces, delivering optimisation projects and managed services nationally and internationally while building an operational team and creating the standards for others to follow.

A former Royal Navy officer, Noel is at home equally at land or at sea. Qualified as a Naval electrical engineer, he also has distinctions in non-domestic energy assessment, chartered energy management and a specialist in a number of other industry requirements.
His final posting for the Royal Navy was leading a 50-man multi-disciplinary team responsible for the maintenance and safe docking of nuclear submarines at the Faslane facility.
Once his Naval career had finished, Noel became a CHP engineer and joined the founding team for Optimised Energy in 2002. Since becoming a key member of the team, Noel has managed the energy efficiency services offering which delivers large scale retrofit programmes for manufacturing businesses.
