Care Captains is a care brokerage service, which means that we can help you to arrange the support your loved one needs, either at home or in residential care... What we do. We provide a care brokerage service including a care assessment and management service (the "Services") to help you or a relative find and manage appropriate care services ("Care Services"). Our Services include working with you to assess your needs and requirements, negotiating with, and helping to appointing an appropriate provider to deliver Care Services to you ("Care Provider"); We will also work with you to update the Care Services and to find a replacement Care Provider for whatever reason if, necessary. For the avoidance of doubt, you will enter a contract with the Care Provider directly for the provision of Care Services.
