Angelica is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist based at Litfield House Medical Centre.
Dr Andrew de Burgh-Thomas provides a Specialist Service that is built on over 20 years of specialist training. Sexual infections are a branch of infectious disease for which specialist training and experience are needed. You will receive care and advice from a specialist in sexual health with an impeccable background in the speciality that encompasses the range of genital problems caused by infections through to those caused by dermatological conditions and have a special interest in sexual dysfunction.
Background
Dr Andrew de Burgh-Thomas completed his speciality training in London and Brighton, both are leading centres in this speciality for both care and research.
Having qualified in Medicine in 1994 he was awarded Membership of The Royal College of Physicians in 1998 (the highest qualification attainable in General Medicine). Having spent a year at the National Institute for Dermatology his Sexual Health training developed further on a ‘Golden Circuit' rotation offered by Kings College London that included two years in Brighton a centre with one of the highest rates of infections anywhere in the UK.
In 2003 he was awarded his Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training and since then has relocated to the South West. Dr de Burgh-Thomas has honed his abilities at various Hospitals being based currently in Gloucestershire and providing on call services to Bristol Southmead Hospital for HIV.
He is actively involved in Research both original and some multi centre trials that are funded by both the Medical Research Council and other leading bodies. Through the experience he has gained in these he is able to offer a cutting edge opinion.
Dr de Burgh-Thomas has developed his skills and expertise through a wealth of patient experience gained at a senior level in the NHS and he is actively involved in the specialist training of qualified doctors at various levels. This background has prepared him to advise on the most relevant tests and treatments and to investigate appropriately your symptoms and presentations.

Dr Clive Archer is a senior Consultant Dermatologist, and Honorary Professor (UCLan), at the St John's Institute of Dermatology, Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, Guy's Hospital, London and Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at King's College London (KCL). Previously, he was Consultant Dermatologist and Clinical Lead for Dermatology at the University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust and Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Bristol.

Clive has been a regular OSCE examiner for Year 4 and Year 5 students at KCL and the University of Bristol, External Examiner at various UK universities, Higher Degree Examiner (MDs and PhDs) in the UK, and MRCP Part 1 and Part 2 (PACES) Examiner.
Dr Batten has been a consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist for over 40 years. He treats patients aged up to 18y, presenting a wide variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and neurodevelopmental disorders.
His treatment methods include psychological approaches such as behaviour therapy, family therapy and medication.
In addition to Litfield House in Bristol, Dr Batten also practices in Cheltenham. He is fully up to date with CPD and revalidation requirements and is registered with the General Medical Council (No: 2240484)

Dr Zafra MD, MSc. is the sole founder of Zafra Medical and is board director of Litfield House Medical Centre. He has full registration, license to practice and in the GP register with the General Medical Council (GMC Num. 7479740). He is also member of the British Association of Body Sculpting, Fellow of the The Royal Society of Medicine and The World Academy of Medical Sciences. He is a published author and international conference speaker and Harley Street trainer in aesthetics.
He is a keen artist and in his practice he combines the vision of art and aesthetics with the most advanced medical treatments to enhance the natural beauty of each individual.
Dr Zafra has a vast international and multicultural experience throughout his medical career, he has a Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Aesthetic and Anti-ageing Medicine from the Universitat de Barcelona, Spain. He trained as a General Practitioner (GP) in the renowned Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron in Barcelona, Spain. Bachelor of Medicine (M.D) from Universidad Anahuac which is one of the most exclusive private universities in Mexico.

He has maintained a keen interest in the treatment of venous diseases throughout his career and has enthusiastically adopted The Whiteley Protocol for the treatment of varicose veins.

Dr Walker is an experienced Clinical Psychologist and has held substantive NHS posts within the specialisms of Older Adult Mental Health, Adult Forensic Medium Security, Child and Adolescent Mental Health and as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with Young Offenders. Dr Walker has completed further substantive training in Adult Clinical Neuropsychology and also has training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and is skilled in using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for a range of emotional difficulties including the effects of trauma. Dr Walker is currently nearing completion of his training as a Cognitive Analytic Therapist (CAT). Dr Walker uses a range of theories and research knowledge to underpin his clinical practice, including Family Systems Theory and Psychoanalytic Theory.
Dr Walker offers assessments and therapeutic interventions for a range of emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, anger, loss and stress. Dr Walker is also highly experienced as an expert witness, having prepared over 200 Court ordered reports and having giving oral testimony on many occasions over the past 10 years.

Dr Tara Collinge has been a Consultant Psychiatrist since 2004. She studied Medicine at University College London and qualified as a doctor in 1995. She undertook her psychiatric training at University College Hospital and Charing Cross Hospital, London and attained a dual CCST in adult and old age psychiatry (giving her the qualifications and expertise to see both adult and older age patients).
Dr Collinge has extensive experience in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of mental health problems including:
Mood disorders (depression and bipolar)
Anxiety disorders (including generalised anxiety disorder, panic attacks, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder and post traumatic stress disorder)
Alcohol and drug addiction
Psychotic illnesses
Trauma related problems
Depersonalisation disorder
Dr Collinge also has experience and expertise in the diagnosis and management of Adult ADHD and was the Lead Consultant for the ADHD service in her last NHS post (Please Note: "ADHD clinic waiting list is closed")
In addition to this, Dr Collinge has a medicolegal practice and is available to provide psychiatric reports for personal injury and clinical negligence cases.
