R&T Music was established back in 1977 by the local legend, swing drummer Terry Turner. Based in Barrow-in-Furness, the gateway to the Lake District, we originally traded from premises on Abbey Rd, part of the old Apollo cinema building. Due to the expansion of the business, we then moved to larger premises on Dalkeith St, which has become R&T's home. Since the move we have continued to grow, employing more specialized staff to offer unrivalled customer service and a vast choice of new and used guitars etc...
