Allison is a visual artist whose extensive background allows her to effectively direct our creative team as Lead Designer. Allison listens closely to the needs of our clients and translates their branding objectives into compelling graphic visuals. From web design to physical marketing collateral, she leads a diverse range of creative client work. Allison earned her BFA in Design from Mason Gross School of the Arts. Her work has been featured in various showcases and is regularly exhibited in local businesses and galleries throughout Philadelphia.
With a diverse background in sales and marketing, our account manager, Gia, understands the importance of clear communication and flawless execution. Gia dutifully works to achieve her client's goals and produce their desired outcomes. Meticulous and detail oriented, she is able to deliver exceptional service on a daily basis. Gia earned a BBA from Marywood University with a focus on business management/hospitality and tourism. Gia has her finger on the pulse of the city and fuels her imagination through nature and cultural institutions.
Half creative genius, half tech geek, Jason co-founded HalfGenius on the premise of bridging future-forward thinking with creative and interactive design. Having worked closely with a wide range of national brands and Philadelphia-based businesses, Jason has become widely recognized as a versatile team builder and negotiator. Adept at recognizing business and technology shifts in a continually evolving global economic climate, Jason thrives on the challenge of creating "win-win" solutions from business challenges and branding dilemmas.
With years of experience in marketing, creative and project management, our account manager Joe is a problem solver at heart, adept at understanding a client's brand and finding the best path to share their story with the world. Joe earned his BA and MA at Temple University with a focus in social and data sciences, a skill set he uses to inform decision-making in our quickly evolving digital and media landscapes. Joe has deep roots in Philadelphia's art, fashion and music communities, using these relationships to stay current with the city's creative trends.
Rachel's leadership abilities have been described by her clients as "the perfect combination of experience, skill, and intuition." A decisive & goal-oriented entrepreneur, Rachel's career stems from her continued ambition to be a creative visionary for the multitude of brands she works with. Rachel's specialty lies in unveiling a brand's needs to provide winning interactive marketing strategies with a focus on storytelling and end user engagement. Beyond leading the HG creative team as Executive Producer, Rachel is highly involved in the wider Philadelphia philanthropic community serving as Co-chair of the Mural Arts Philadelphia Advisory Council, as well as sitting on the Board of Directors at the Philadelphia Zoo as their youngest current member.
