Carolyn Conti

Carolyn Conti has been an integral part of Bayside Audiology & Hearing Aids since joining the practice in July of 2012. Carolyn is also a native Delawarean from New Castle County. She is a graduate of William Penn High School. She moved to Lewes with her family in 2011. Carolyn spends much of her time outside the office accommodating the needs of her three teenagers. She enjoys reading and biking with her family at various state parks.

Dr. Megan Boehler

Dr. Megan Boehler received her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) in 2021 from Salus University's Osbourne College of Audiology in Elkins Park, PA. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language-Hearing from the University of Kansas in 2016. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA), is a member of the American Tinnitus Association (ATA), and is Board Certified in Audiology from the American Board of Audiology (ABA). Prior to working at Bayside Audiology & Hearing Aids, Dr. Boehler extensively trained in a variety of clinical settings including: private practices, VA medical centers, pediatric hospitals, and ENT clinics. She has experience with adult populations in the diagnosis and management of hearing and balance disorders as well as the evaluation and management of tinnitus. Dr. Boehler is also skilled in the modification of evaluations and administering care based on patient abilities as each person is unique. Dr. Boehler's interest in Audiology stems from a family history of hearing loss and personal experience with ear difficulties. She understands the challenges and frustration brought on by hearing loss and tinnitus and strives to provide outstanding individualized patient care to improve quality of life. She enjoys supporting her patients and their families throughout their hearing healthcare journey. Her clinical interests include: hearing aids, cochlear implants, hearing conservation, and tinnitus management. Dr. Boehler also enjoys providing services and giving back to the community and surrounding areas. During her doctoral program, Dr. Boehler routinely volunteered her time at seasonal Pennsylvania Special Olympics games as a hearing screener. Dr. Boehler is originally from Leawood, Kansas near Kansas City. She enjoys going to lakes & beaches, hiking, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Marcia Anderson

Marcia Anderson is a native Delawarean who has lived on her family farm, in rural Seaford, for over 50 years. She lives there with her husband of 30 years and their son. Marcia continues to assist her father with the operations of the farm. She brings her lifelong entrepreneurial skills and 30 years of management experience to Bayside Audiology & Hearing Aids. Twenty years of her professional career was in healthcare, as an Office Manager for Bayside Health Association. Marcia graduated with a degree in Human Services from Delaware Technical and Community College in 1988. We are thrilled that she joined our team in December 2017. Marcia enjoys spending time relaxing on our Delaware beaches, traveling to exotic islands, entertaining with family and friends, and shopping.

Mary Ann C. Gaskin

Dr. Mary Ann Connolly Gaskin's professional career helping residents of Sussex County spans more than 37 years. Dr. Gaskin moved to Seaford, DE with her BS in Speech Pathology & Audiology from The Pennsylvania State University in 1980. She practiced as a DE Speech Language Pathologist until 1985 in the Seaford School District. She received her Master of Audiology from Temple University in 1987 and moved on to serve the hearing impaired in the Lewes-Rehoboth Beach communities. Dr. Gaskin has worked with ENT specialists, primary care physicians, and pediatricians. In 2008, Dr. Gaskin received her Doctorate in Audiology and immediately open her private practice here in Lewes. Dr. Gaskin maintains the following certifications and memberships through extensive continuing education, following audiology best practice standards, and adhering to strict professional ethics guidelines: Board Certification in Audiology from the American Board of Audiology, Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from ASHA, Fellow of American Academy of Audiology (FAAA), Associate member of the Tinnitus Practitioners Association (TPA), Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA), American Tinnitus Association (ATA), Hearing Loss Association of American (HLAA) Delaware professional licensure to practice as an Audiologist & Hearing Aid Dispenser. Dr. Gaskin served on the Ethical Practices Committee, American Academy of Audiology (2006-2008) and Delaware Board of Examiners for Audiologists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Hearing Aid Dispensers (2006-2015). Bayside Audiology & Hearing Aids is a member of both the Lewes and Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce. We support local organization such as Meals on Wheels, Lewes Senior Center, Special Olympics of Delaware, and Delaware Hearing Connection. When not in the office, Dr. Gaskin spends time traveling with her family.

Sara A. Conrad

Dr. Sara Conrad has been practicing as an audiologist since graduating in 2012 from James Madison University (JMU) with a clinical doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.). She also graduated in 2008 from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Emphasis in Deaf Studies. Before working with Dr. Mary Ann Gaskin at Bayside Audiology and Hearing Aids, Dr. Conrad worked at private practices and otolaryngology (ENT) offices in Harrisonburg and Charlottesville, Virginia, serving patients of all ages. She also enjoyed her work as a clinical supervisor of JMU Au.D. students. Dr. Conrad holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA), Board Certified in Audiology through the American Board of Audiology, and holds certification in Vestibular Assessment and Management from the American Institute of Balance (AIB-VAM). Her undergraduate and graduate research has been published in professional journals. Dr. Conrad served as the Clinical Director of Healthy Hearing in Virginia, a division of the Special Olympics. She has also volunteered internationally at the Summer and Winter World Games. Due to her background in music, she has a special interest in helping musicians preserve and enhance their hearing. During her free time, Dr. Conrad plays piano, travels with her husband in the US and abroad, and entertains family or friends at home. She is never far from her furry companion, Maple.
