Charles Hoskinson (@IOHK_Charles) has mentioned in previous YouTube videos and in various public statements about the ability for smaller stake pools to work together and pool their efforts to ultimately become more successful together. Our vision is to begin to build these relationships with other small stake pools now so when/if this scenario ever comes to fruition we will have the knowledge base already in place to succeed.
