BICYCLING IN LAKELAND

Bicycling in Lakeland is a volunteer-run organization focused on supporting and improving bicycling in the greater Lakeland area. We obtained 501 (c) 3 status in 2014. We will carry out our mission through local and regional advocacy, forming strategic alliances, education, events, and service. Our ultimate goal is to provide safe and convenient bicycling for all. Our Board is comprised of avid bicyclists, employees from the local bicycle shops, and representatives from other bicycling groups in and around Lakeland, such as the Pedal Power Ministries, Ridge Riders' Association and Polk Area Bicycling Association (PABA).
