Brad was an engineering manager at a Detroit auto parts manufacturer. He survived the great recession but people all around me were getting laid off. It made him realize that he didn't have a plan B, and it left a bad taste in his mouth about the "security" of a W-2 job. Since replacing my income, Brad has not stopped buying apartment buildings because he enjoys the activity and it's a great way to build generational wealth. Brad bought a 23-unit with yet another partner, and then he syndicated a 50-unit deal. Today Brad controls a total of 160 units.
Frank Rolfe has been an investor in mobile home parks for almost two decades, and has owned and operated hundreds of mobile home parks during that time. He is currently ranked, with his partner Dave Reynolds, as the 5th largest mobile home park owner in the U.S., with over 250 communities - around 29,071 lots, spread out over 25 states.

Pat Gage started real estate investing over 23 years ago when he purchased his first rental properties in the City of Detroit with a Section 8 tenants. He spent the next several years learning the ins and outs of being a landlord and the renting business.
Since then Pat has done thousands of transactions including Pre-foreclusures, Fix and Flips bankruptcy sales, Subject-To's, and Lease Options. Pat has also bought and sold Notes and Tax Lien Certificates. At the height of my residential "career" together with my team the company controlled over 100 rental properties across several cities here in Southeastern Michigan.
Together with his team they have owned over the years several billboards, a 24,000 square foot retail strip center and has invested passively in multifamily deals across the county.
Pat is constantly learning by attending real estate investing seminars all over the county as well as he holds a local meetup for the aspiring commercial real estate investor twice a month.
Pat holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Information Resource Management. He has completed additional studies and holds a distinction of Certified ScrumMaster® from the ScrumAlliance. He has lectured on project financials and tracking of projects to large groups of project and program managers.

Ryan Narus is a double graduate of Wake Forest University with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and an MBA with concentrations in Operations and Marketing. He began his career as an award winning salesman, then took that knowledge to write and sell a book. After graduating with his MBA, Ryan went to work for Wells Fargo's Operations Leadership Program. Ryan works full-time on operating and growing the Archimedes Group portfolio. His group controls over 8 Mobile home communities in the South Eastern US.
