Allen is a Virginia Beach native who returned to the Tidewater area in 1985 upon graduation from the University of Richmond School of Law. Prior to that, he worked with disadvantaged youth in a wilderness therapy program, helped start a school for dyslexic boys in Vermont, and also taught at an alternative high school in Western Virginia.
Before joining the law firm in 2014, Mr. Beasley represented individuals, companies, and their insurance companies in a wide array of issues in administrative hearings and courts throughout the state of Virginia. Billie Hobbs Leeth is an experienced attorney who has handled everything from personal injury to workers' compensation to torts, maritime law, automobile accidents, and more. Billie is a graduate of T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, where she was a member of the University of Richmond Law Review. She also served as a Law Clerk at the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University Legal Advisor's Office. Upon graduating from law school and prior to joining the law firm, Billie worked for Kaufman & Canoles, P.C., where she handled a variety of civil cases and was responsible for conducting extensive research on everything from creditors' rights to construction law to antitrust issues.
In 1997, Billie founded Second Chair, Inc., a Virginia-based corporation that provided a variety of services for attorneys, including research, writing, and analysis. There, Billie assisted attorneys with legal research, writing, documentation, and trial preparation for a range of practice areas including personal injury, criminal law, workers' compensation, commercial litigation, taxation, and more.
Billie is an accomplished attorney and legal researcher having written over 100 appellate briefs for filing in the US Supreme Court, 4th Circuit, VA & NC Court of Appeals, and VA, NC & SC Supreme Court. Billie's experience makes her an invaluable member of the Breit Biniazan team.

After graduating cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2011, Justin Sheldon began his legal career with a large national firm doing high-stakes business litigation. He soon moved on to a boutique firm specializing in auto products liability litigation throughout the United States. In that role, he was on the trial team for Porsche, Honda, Toyota, Kia, and Hyundai when those companies were sued for the serious injury or death of car crash victims.
Finding that his sympathy and passion were with those who had been injured, Justin decided to change his legal career path and began representing injury victims and their families. From his experience as a defense lawyer, Justin knew that the single most powerful tool in representing injury victims and their families was the jury trial. As a plaintiffs' attorney, Justin works every single case with the full intention of taking it to trial and having a jury decide. In the years that Justin has represented victims and their families, he has tried at least five jury trials each year, along the way winning a verdict of $1,250,000 in King William County, Virginia, which is currently the largest jury verdict in that county.
After several years representing injured people, Justin became aware of the growing crisis facing nursing home residents and their families. He has developed a passion for helping those that have been badly injured and killed because of the neglect and abuse nursing home residents endure from the companies that are supposed to care for them. Because much of the abuse and neglect is the direct result of financial decisions nursing homes and their parent companies are making, his business litigation experience has proved invaluable in navigating these complex cases.
Justin also served as counsel securing a $38.2 million settlement for a class action lawsuit that included more than 10,750 universal life insurance policy holders of Banner Life Insurance Co. and William Penn Life Insurance Co. The plaintiffs in these class actions alleged that the companies unjustifiably increased the cost of insurance charges on the policies for the sole purpose of benefiting shareholders and clearing their near-term liabilities.
Justin's dedication to preparing every case for trial has also led to multiple settlements for individuals over $1,000,000. Refusing to be content with past success, he is constantly searching for ways to represent his clients better, attending conferences and reading books on trial skills. His dedication to improvement is reflected in the many recognitions that he has received, including being named a "Rising Star" by Virginia Super Lawyers® from 2015-2020 and a Super Lawyer 2021-2022, being named a "Top 40 Under 40" by the National Trial Lawyers, receiving the "Up & Coming Lawyer" award from Virginia Lawyers Weekly in 2021, and being selected by Best Lawyers® as "Ones to Watch" for 2022 and 2023.

Before Lauren Martin emerged as one of Virginia's top personal injury lawyers, she spent some time enjoying the great outdoors.
From 2013 to 2015, Lauren worked as a wrangler at Triangle X Ranch outside of Jackson, Wyoming during the warm seasons and at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort during the colder months. Surrounded by the rugged, snow-capped peaks of Grand Teton National Park, Lauren spent long days working with horses, taking ranch guests on rides around the park, and learning the value of hard work. Today, this diligence serves her well as an attorney with Breit Biniazan.
Though the jump from wrangler to attorney at law may seem like a stretch, Lauren was destined to be a lawyer. Born and raised in Norfolk, Virginia, Lauren was molded and encouraged by her mother, an art gallery owner, and her father, a Norfolk Circuit Court judge.
"Growing up, I would often ask my father what he did at work that day when we sat down together at the dinner table," Lauren says. "At the time, I never thought about whether I would become a lawyer, but I definitely noticed that my dad seemed to enjoy going to work every day."
While wrangling in the Cowboy State, Lauren began to realize how similar she was to her father and how "becoming an attorney seemed like the next obvious step." That's when she packed her bags and headed back east to Washington and Lee University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2018.
Making Her Community a Better Place, One Case at a Time
After law school, Lauren worked as a criminal defense attorney at Protogyrou Law and later as a trial lawyer at Stris & Maher LLP. But she has always felt drawn to personal injury litigation, a specialty that allows her to better serve her hometown.
"As a child, you don't think about the level at which you're participating in your community," she says. "Now, as an adult living in the same town in which I grew up, it's important to be in a position where I have opportunities to make my community better."
Lauren brings a compassionate yet tenacious spirit to Breit Biniazan. Thanks to her experience, Lauren knows how to fight for the justice clients deserve.
Before attending Washington and Lee University School of Law, Lauren earned her Bachelor of Arts in political science from Washington and Lee University. She is a member of the Norfolk Portsmouth Bar Association, Virginia Bar Association, and Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.

Prior to joining Breit Biniazan, Attorney Sarah Sauble worked on the defense side handling a variety of personal injury, premises liability, and product liability matters. Defending major retailers, including Fortune 100 companies, Sarah gained a great deal of invaluable litigation experience, but she felt discontent that her "big wins" amounted to saving large corporations sums of money that are close to meaningless to that company, but would have been extraordinarily meaningful to the Plaintiff on the other side of the case. Sarah is excited to bring her vigorous advocacy to help advance the injury cases of clients.
A New Jersey native, Sarah came to Richmond to attend the University of Richmond School of Law, where she was a finalist in the Carrico Moot Court Board Competition and a semi-finalist in the Client Counseling and Negotiation Competition. The victim, an 18-year-old Filipino immigrant, became a rowing coach while on summer break from his Ivy League university. Unfortunately, one beautiful day, the victim was thrown from the launch and tragically drowned-despite being a strong swimmer.
When Perry looked into the case further, he discovered that the sport of rowing in the U.S. fell well behind its European counterparts when it came to safety. After graduating from high school, Don studied agricultural education at Texas A&M University. In 1987, he finished the program and joined the United States Navy, where he served as a Surface Warfare Officer.
While deployed on the USS John Hancock, Don served as the ship's legal officer. The experience forever changed his trajectory. In 1991, he began pursuing his law degree at Louisiana State University. He graduated in 1994.
