Amy Berggren is an Executive Assistant supporting Ned Calder, Rob Bell & Alasdair Trotter.
Prior to Innosight, Amy worked in Back Bay as an administrative assistant, where she mainly focused on coordinating travel arrangements and calendar management for a real estate investment firm.
Amy graduated from Merrimack College in 2015 with a degree in Organizational Communication. Amy enjoys yoga, baking, and spending time with her niece and nephew.

Bonnie Barry is an Accounting Assistant at Innosight. Prior to Innosight, Bonnie worked in the commercial construction industry for many years. She worked in the finance and human resource departments at Progressive Roofing in Haverhill, MA. While there, she assisted the controller with day-to-day operations including payroll. Previously, Bonnie worked as the Office Manager at Roof Solutions where she managed finance and operations.

Miriam is the Accounting Manager at Innosight. Prior to joining Innosight, Miriam worked as a Senior Accountant at Watts Water Technologies, a publicly-traded manufacturing company, where she assisted with the month-end close process and financial statement preparation.
Prior to this, Miriam worked as a Senior Accountant at Memento, Inc., a start-up enterprise fraud management company that was acquired by Fidelity Information Services. At Memento, she was responsible for the full accounting cycle, including accounts receivable and payable, along with the monthly close.

Ned Calder is a Partner based in Innosight's global headquarters outside of Boston, MA, and a leader of the Industrial & Technology Solutions practice. In over a decade with Innosight, he has partnered with leadership teams of some of the world's top companies to navigate disruptive change and transform into the next version of themselves.
Ned has extensive experience helping companies find, develop, and commercialize high-potential growth opportunities across a wide range of industries including automotive, high-tech, materials, manufacturing, aerospace, and defense. His work has enabled organizations to define and align on a unified strategy for long-term growth, develop new business models for products and services, and build the organizational enablers and capabilities required to support the transformation.
Ned is a thought leader, speaker, and author on various topics related to technology-driven industries including the future of the automotive industry, R&D, Industrial IoT, and digital services and business models. His perspectives have appeared in Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, and Forbes. Two of his most recent publications include: "Building a Direct-to-Consumer Strategy Without Alienating Your Distributors" (Harvard Business Review, 2018), and "Why It's Not Too Late to Build Your Own Industrial Internet Platform" (IndustryWeek, 2017).
Prior to joining Innosight, Ned worked with a range of science and engineering-based organizations such as NASA and Atlas Scientific. He also co-founded a number of start-ups including a Cambridge-based biotechnology start-up that is developing biological systems for energy production. Ned holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Northwestern University and a Masters of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Rob Bell is a partner at Innosight, and a leader in the Industry and Technology practice. He focuses on helping leadership teams navigate disruptive change and develop future strategies for transformational growth. Rob brings over 20 years of experience serving senior executives on their most significant strategy and innovation challenges in a broad array of industries including industrial equipment, agriculture, mining, construction, steel, energy, chemicals, water, telecommunications, insurance, software and healthcare.
Rob has pioneered cutting-edge approaches to help companies drive sustained profitable growth through more effective management of the growth process - including more effectively identifying growth opportunities, focusing innovation on the highest value customer needs, accelerating learning, mitigating risk, and establishing accountability for results. He has also done substantial work on broadening clients' innovation capabilities to encompass not only products and technology, but also services, customer experience, go-to-market strategies, and new business models. Rob has particularly deep experience in overcoming the unique challenges of developing sustainably profitable solutions business models within traditionally product, technology or operations-oriented businesses. This includes groundbreaking solutions business model work in precision agriculture, mining, oil & gas exploration, and process automation among others.
In addition, he is the co-author of the new HBR article "The Transformation 20: The Top Global Companies Leading Strategic Transformations."
Rob also has substantial experience working on entrepreneurial ventures inside and outside of large corporations. He has been responsible for generating and evaluating new venture concepts working with both start-up management teams and venture capital/private equity investors. His venture-related work has involved zero-stage business concept development, designing new business models, developing go-to-market strategies, using iterative test-and-learn approaches, and helping to secure financing. Rob has also designed and helped to optimize incubator models for corporations.
Rob received his B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College. He earned an M.A. in Economics and an M.S. in Foreign Service with honors in International Business from Georgetown University. Rob also holds an M.B.A in Finance from George Washington University. He resides in Dover, Massachusetts, with his wife, Lisa, and three daughters, Olivia, Emily and Carly.

Scott D. Anthony is a Senior Partner at Innosight and former Managing Partner of the firm. Based in the firm's Singapore offices since 2010, he has led Innosight's expansion into the Asia-Pacific region as well as its venture capital activities (Innosight Ventures).
In his more than a decade with Innosight, Scott has advised senior leaders in companies on topics of growth and innovation. He has extensive experience in emerging markets, particularly in India, China, and the Philippines.
Scott was recognized as the #7 most influential management thinker by Thinkers50, a biannual ranking of global business thinkers. In 2019, he was ranked as the #9 most influential management thinker and in 2017 was awarded the Thinkers50 Innovation Award, which recognizes the world's leading thinker on innovation.
Scott is co-author of the book "Eat, Sleep, Innovate: How to Make Creativity an Everyday Habit Inside Your Organization" (Harvard Business Review Press, October 2020).
Scott is a prolific contributor to Harvard Business Publishing. He is the most published digital author on HBR.org and is Harvard Business Corporate Learning's most in-demand subject matter expert. Susannah Burrage is a Senior Associate at Innosight, where she helps companies "own the future" by redesigning products, services, and strategies to reach previously overlooked markets and consumer jobs.
Prior to Innosight, Susannah held a number of roles focused on overcoming resource constraints to enable scaled impact. At Starbucks, she devised a strategy to reduce complexity among suppliers in the food supply chain. At the social enterprise First Book, she designed creative corporate partnerships that aggregate the purchasing power of underserved communities to increase the quantity and affordability of multicultural books. And at the consulting firm Community Wealth Partners, she facilitated multi-stakeholder conversations that empowered non-profit organizations, foundations, and communities to set aspirational goals and build strategies to achieve them.
Susannah holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA from Bowdoin College. During graduate school, Susannah was a member of the Consortium, a fellowship program focused on addressing the underrepresentation of people of color in business. In addition, she participated in and then led Yale's team in back-to-back victories at the MBA Impact Investing Network & Training (MIINT) competition.
Outside of work, Susannah is an avid skier, spontaneous dinner host, and eager international traveler.
