Leb after fifteen years of working for the New York City Council, the Mayor's office and several of the leading non-profits in New York State as their public policy and political director. Capitol Consulting specialize in three fields: zoning & land use issues, budgetary matters, and legislative issues. We are staffed by a team of dedicated individuals, based in New York City and Albany... Capitol Consulting is a New York-based, boutique government affairs and consulting firm specializing in New York City and New York State lobbying... In addition, Capitol Consulting has successfully negotiated rezonings and obtained variances in Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island. We are currently advising several complex projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn as well.
