Jack Mckay

Jack is responsible for assisting with the overall acquisition strategy, launching campaigns, liaising with our investors and communicating with business owners to understand their challenges and assisting them to arrive at a mutually beneficial agreement on a sale with us. Jack has 4 years previous experience working in Human Resources obtaining qualifications within HR Support and a CIPD recognised Diploma in Human Resources - as well as qualifications within Business Administration. In Jack's spare time, he enjoys going to the gym, specifically weight training and boxing.

Lotti Grosvenor

Job Titles:
  • Operations Co - Ordinator
Lotti joined Chamberlains H&B in January 2022 whilst working as Salon Receptionist at The Hairdressers in Droitwich and spent the following 18 months working her way through different roles within the salon - moving from Salon Receptionist, to Salon Co-Ordinator and eventually to Salon Manager. In March 2023, Lotti took on the role Operations Co-Ordinator. Lotti previously worked for the NHS in various admin roles. As Operations Co-Ordinator, Lotti assists with day to day salon activities and the smooth running of each salon within the group. Lotti enjoys plenty of walks with her two dogs, has an obsession with anything to do with plants and is also a car fanatic.

Stuart Reed - Managing Director

Stuart has an eye for investing in businesses and property with a desire to see small businesses thrive through his development. Stuart has owned many of his own businesses for decades and enjoys mentoring others and the art of transforming SME businesses, sharing the knowledge he has learnt from his own mentors. When Stuart gets the chance to have some downtime, he enjoys spending time with his wife, his dog Captain Benny, and also enjoys sailing.

Suzie Chamberlain-French - Founder

Suzie is passionate about hair and beauty and seeing salons succeed through growth and training. Suzie is a qualified Hairdressing Lecturer, Assessor, Internal Quality Assessor and is a business owner. Over the years Suzie has built strong relationships with students, peers, senior leaders & salon owners. As well as an external IQA for multiple Academies and Colleges Suzie is also trained to work within the hair and beauty industry with both ladies and gentlemen. This keeps her up to date with fashion and the traditional ways of Hairdressing, Barbering and Beauty. In Suzie's spare time she loves to spend time with her family and her loyal pooch. Suzie competes regularly in marathons, raising money for a charity very close to her heart, St Richards Hospice.
