Art Heidrich is based in San Francisco, where he helps lead and support TPG's investment activities in software and enterprise technology across its private equity platforms. Art currently serves on the boards of Boomi, Digital.ai, Sauce Labs, WellSky, and Wind River, and has been involved with investments in Advent Software, C3 AI, Checkmarx, Eze Software, IMS Health, RefleXion Medical, Sonatype, SunGard Data Systems, and Vertafore. Prior to joining TPG in 2011, Art worked in the technology investment banking group at Morgan Stanley, where he advised on and executed M&A and corporate finance transactions. He received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BA in Economics from Stanford University.

Assaf Amitay is the Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations at Checkmarx. He is responsible for building strategic integrations for all go-to-market functions to maximize revenue potential for the company.
Assaf joined in 2019 as VP of Sales Operations. In that role, he built a robust global Sales Ops team and rebuilt the entire department. With the support of our Business Intelligence and Finance teams, he developed a set of tools for forecasting and analyzing sales results along with putting new best practices in place. He is also active in nurturing and guiding our company culture as part of the Checkmarx Culture Steering Committee.
Prior to joining the company, Assaf held leadership positions at Sight Diagnostics, Check Point Software Technologies, and McKinsey & Company.
Assaf holds a BA in economics and a master's in biotechnology from Bar-Ilan University.

Deepak Advani is Partner of the private equity firm Hellman & Friedman. He works on value creation initiatives with the portfolio companies in the software sector, with emphasis on cloud, data science and cyber security. He is a Director of Applied Systems and Checkmarx and was previously a Director of Renaissance Learning and OpenLink Financial. Prior to H&F, Deepak spent nearly 20 years in the software and technology sector with IBM, where he led several large, strategic IBM software businesses in the areas of Commerce, Cloud, Internet of Things and Predictive Analytics. Deepak also served as the Global Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of eCommerce for Lenovo.

Previously, Dionne worked in Global Business Operations at Google, acquiring and growing customer business in both major and emerging markets.

Benzaquen's career spans Silicon Valley and Israel for more than 25 years. Prior to Checkmarx, he held numerous leadership positions in the enterprise software, IT, and semiconductor industries for companies including Virage Logic (acquired by Synopsys), Argonaut RISC Core (which completed its IPO in 2000), Embedded Performance, Inc. (acquired by Mentor Graphics), and Illuminator (acquired by Dell EMC).
Benzaquen earned his MBA and Master of Science degrees in International Business and Electrical Engineering, respectively.

Siman possesses over 15 years of experience in software development, IT security, and source code analysis. Previously, he worked for two years at the Israeli Prime Minister's Office as a senior IT security expert and project manager. Additionally, he spent six years with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where he was elected for the STAR excellence program and taught several consecutive sessions for their prestigious application development course, Mamram.
Siman regularly speaks at IT security conferences, including RSA Conference and Black Hat, and has held the CISSP certification since 2003.
Razi Sharir is the Chief Product Officer at Checkmarx. In this role, he's responsible for overseeing the company's product strategy and roadmap.
Roman Tuma is the Chief Revenue Officer at Checkmarx, responsible for driving the company's overall go-to-market strategy as well as overseeing global sales, channel operations, and strategic alliances.
Roman brings more than 27 years of experience to the role, 17 of them spent in cybersecurity building and operating high-growth, customer-oriented teams. Prior to Checkmarx, he spent more than 10 years at IBM in a number of security and cloud-related positions and business units. Before IBM, he held various leadership and sales roles at Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and ActivCard.
Roman was previously the Vice President of Sales for Checkmarx's EMEA, LATAM, and APAC business.
He received a double degree in hardware and software engineering from the Secondary Industrial School of Electrical Engineering in Prague.
Shmuel Arvatz is the Chief Financial Officer at Checkmarx. He oversees the company's global financial and IT business functions.
