Mansi Satam, aged 55 years is the Non Executive Director of our Company. She holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce and Masters in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. She has an overall experience of 29 years and was previously associated with Mumbai District Central Co-op Bank Ltd.

Enriched with 25 years of work experience in the field of Media and Entertainment, he's adept at project management and organizational skills with the ability to work comfortably under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

With a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the broadcast industry, Mr. Sunil Khade is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer - Projects at Cineom Broadcast India Limited.
Mr. Khade embarked on his professional journey in 1996 as a Service Engineer at the authorized Sony Broadcast service center, New Video Limited. Over the years, he has honed his skills and expertise, making significant contributions to the field of broadcast engineering.
In the year 2000, Mr. Khade joined Crest Communication as a Broadcast Engineer, showcasing his commitment to excellence. His career trajectory includes pivotal roles at esteemed organizations such as STAR News, Times of India, UTV Group, Ideal Broadcast, and Business Broadcast News Ltd. Notably, he served as the General Manager of Broadcast Engineering at Times of India in 2005 and as the Senior General Manager of Broadcast Operation at UTV Group in 2008.
In 2014, Mr. Khade assumed the role of Assistant Vice President of Broadcast Engineering at Ideal Broadcast, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in the industry. His journey continued with Business Broadcast News Ltd. in 2017, where he held the position of Assistant Vice President of Broadcast Operation.

No media vertical is too foreign for Dhamdhere, who has trained with globally renowned manufacturers of Cinematographic equipment. He rightfully helms the affairs of technology sales of Cinematography & Film Post division at Cineom.
Leading by example, Dhamdhere has build a strong team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories, all while building his team. From his modest beginnings in Mumbai in 1990 as a Broadcast Engineer to formulating his dream technology company with his friends, Parab has driven Cineom several milestones ahead via his expertise and progressive attitude.
As a CTO in 1990, he was a key player in bringing the value of Digital Video workflows and Automation to India for the first time by being an integral part of the installation of the largest media system.His actively dedicated efforts to seeking projects have led to strengthening the company in the Broadcast, E-Education, Film, Post and AV domains. Parab also implemented the latest developments of technology into the tech sector of Cineom. Forever fascinated by innovation, high-end techniques, and the ideal environment that supports his vision, it was Parab's forward-minded approach that helped Cineom tackle and achieve dozens of milestones. Parab's 30 years of extensive experience in the Media industry has now made him the honored SMPTE India manager for industry norms.
Shailesh Parab, aged 51 years is Promoter and Joint Managing Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since inception as Promoter Director. He has an experience of more than 28 years in the media and engineering industry. He has started his career with National Broadcaster Doordarshan & served chief engineer at Crest Communication Limited one of first Digitial facility. He is the country manager for Society of Motion Pictures and Television Engineers, India division. He heads the Technology Sales, Project Sales and Services of our Company and has been a key person in keeping the Company ahead on the technology front.

He has also worked with International companies like Virginia Transformers as a Business Head for Powergen and Large Power markets .He is currently working as a Sr. VP with Aditya Vidyut Appliances Ltd.

Vinayak Deo, aged 51 years is the Promoter and Managing Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since inception as a Promoter Director. He holds a degree of Diploma in Electronics and Radio Engineering from Board of Technical Examinations, Maharashtra State. He has an experience of more than 26 years. He has been previously associated with Meltron as a Junior Engineer. He handles sales and marketing for the Company and is responsible for building a strong sales forces, driving sales and pricing strategies for the various projects undertaken by the Company and providing marketing solutions in India and abroad.
