Anne Griswold

Anne Griswold is a coach, mentor, consultant, facilitator, designer, and adjunct faculty in the fields of organizational development, leadership, and learning. At its core, Anne's work is to "wake people up" moving them from everyday habitual responses to mindful, conscious behavior which assures greater influence and impact. With more than 25 years of experience in developing leaders at every level of organization and across multiple industries, Anne has worked with hundreds of executives to implement change using initiatives which range from 1:1 coaching, mentoring and team initiatives, to change management, organizational development, design & facilitation of corporate-wide programs and processes. Anne has held many roles over the years being both an internal executive, a sole proprietor of her own consulting firm as well as an adjunct professor in a variety of universities. She has also held many positions on volunteer boards. She is a master facilitator certified in many assessment tools and specializing in Whole Brain Thinking/HBDI®. Anne has earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Maine and an M.S. in Management Science/ Organizational Development from the Antioch New England Graduate School, and a M.A. in Organizational Leadership through the Graduate Institute. Recent companies she has worked with include: Health Plan of San Joaquin, Subaru, Hertz, Nestle, Intel, PWC, EY, Vanguard and Varian Medical.

Diane Foster

Diane has more than 30 years in Organizational Development, is an ICF Executive Coach, Mentor Coach, Talent Management Consultant, Competency Modeling and Strategic Career Coach, and Assessment for Adults and Students facilitator. She holds an MA, Career Development, John F. Kennedy University, a BA, English, and Psychology, University of Oregon, is a Master Certified Coach, International Coaching Federation, and Certified in multiple assessment instruments and training programs. Diane is the creator of the SkillKit for Leaders (SKL) based on the Harvard Leadership competency model. The SKL has been implemented in organizations both large and small and was successfully used by the U.S. Department of Labor to develop Emotional Intelligence across the department and dramatically improved productivity, engagement, and moral.

Jennifer Silverstein

Jennifer Silverstein is a coach and adult learning designer and facilitator. She is the creator of The BeWell Method, a systematic coaching approach for increasing self-awareness and activating new habit formation based on adult developmental theory, adult learning principles, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness practices. The method has been taught and used with clients working in higher education, health and human services, workforce development, and professional services. Jennifer has worked for more than 25 years in various settings including corporate, non-profit, government, and entrepreneurial ventures. Jennifer has a Master of Science in Adult Education from Southern Oregon University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco. She has a post-graduate certificate in Transformational Leadership Development, a Human Resource Management certificate, is an MHS EQ.i 2.0 and EQ.i 360 certified practitioner. She has received certifications in mindfulness training and Leadership Embodiment L1 & L2. She is an Accredited Certified Coach and an active member of the International Coaches Federation, the Association of Talent Development, and the Council on Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL). She is the past president of Senior Advocacy Services.

Michelle Sterling

Michelle has more than 30 years of experience in organizational learning and performance using the latest brain-based scientific research in the field of human potential in her learning and coaching design. She specializes in Adult Learning, Brain-based Learning, Performance Consulting, Needs Assessment, Instructional Design, Program Evaluation, and Measurement. Her experience includes running focus groups, 360 evaluations, Competency Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, leadership skills development and team facilitation. And, she works to improve corporate culture through building Employee Engagement programs, leading change management initiatives, and improving internal communications. Michelle's education and certifications include; BA, Organizational Communication, Louisiana State University, MS in Training & Human Resource Development, Louisiana State University, Certified Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Certified Woman Business Entrepreneur.
