L.R. Cowan Concrete Co., Inc. has been providing professional concrete work in the greater metro Phoenix area and throughout Arizona since 1979. We are experienced in all aspects of commercial concrete, from foundations and retaining walls, floor slabs and elevated slabs, to light structural concrete, decorative hardscapes and concrete paving. The combined experience of the Team at L.R. Cowan Concrete Co., Inc. allows us to handle all challenges of concrete construction in a timely and professional manner... Leonard started the Company doing residential projects. Most were large custom homes (which have numerous challenging uses of concrete) and small tract communities. In the early 1980's he started to concentrate on moving the Company towards commercial construction and began with small jobs from fast food facilities to banks.
