I was fortunate to work in an entrepreneurial business for 25 years, where I did the detailed work of engineering, marketing, product management, and selling to hospitals and device manufacturers. There were few boundaries - only a shared desire to create a positive impact on everyone connected to the business. As the company grew from a small machine shop to a global brand, I shifted to general management, aligning our functions and business segments, and delivering profitable growth.
