Eric Hadley is a father of two boys that happens to be a business development sales professional for FACETS of Dallas, an appliance, kitchen and bath supplier. He has been a supplier in the DFW market for over two decades and views himself as an extension of his clients' business. Eric has served as the Chairman of the NARI Membership Committee, is a member of the NARI National Education Committee, hosts the monthly NARI Vendors Roundtable as well as being an Adult Leader and Troop Committee member in Scouts of America.

James Hammel is a Regional Partner with Alair Homes and leads Alair's North Texas team. Based out of Dallas-Ft. Worth, James is a 20-year veteran in the construction industry. After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Structural Engineering, he has gone on to become a seasoned home building and remodeling expert, spearheading award-winning work in the design and development of exceptional spaces including custom home design/build, full home renovations and additions, and commercial construction.

Jenifer Wiley is the owner and principal designer at J Wiley Designs, LLC. She has been recognized as an award-winning designer and speaker in the design and construction industry. After studying interior design at the University of North Texas, Jenifer dove into the industry in 2001. She has been an active member in NARI since 2018 and served on the board of the Dallas Chapter of the National Kitchen & Bath Association from 2013 - 2019. Her goal in any project is to make the design process educational, fun, and collaborative and to act as "translator" and liaison for both builders and clients. Jenifer has a thorough understanding of the construction and design process and can easily translate a client's vision into their dream home.
Jennifer "Jenn" Shultz has more than a decade of experience in the non-profit sector. She transitioned to the non-profit sector after an initial career in corporate America in product and project management roles at large multi-national companies. Her first non-profit role was with Southern Methodist University in the field of prospect management before moving into a fundraising position for SMU's Dedman School of Law. She joined Wake Forest University in North Carolina to create and lead its prospect management office during the institution's $1,000,000,000 campaign launch. Her return to Texas afforded her the opportunity to lead fundraising for both the Foundation for the Education of Young Women and the Turtle Creek Association, a non-profit that focuses on park preservation and enhancement.
Prior to joining NARI of North Texas, Jenn was working at United Way Metropolitan Dallas, where she had multiple roles from donor relations to frontline fundraising. Jenn enjoys working with nonprofits because she is able to make a difference and strengthen communities now and into the future.

Keith Nelson is an industry expert in the field of windows and doors for the past 45 years. Keith served as the NARI president in 2011,2012 and served on numerous committees since joining NARI in 2006.
NARI North Texas is the local North Texas chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. NARI is a not-for-profit trade association dedicated to setting the highest standards for home remodeling, offering consumers like you a convenient resource for high quality, fully accountable trade professionals, industry suppliers, product manufacturers and financial service partners committed to doing your remodeling job right.
Texas does not require local general remodeling contractors to hold professional licenses. In light of this fact, NARI North Texas offers a reliable alternative. All of our members are reviewed by a board of peers and pledge to perform their work according to a stringent code of ethics.

Stephan Sardone, founder and owner of Sardone Construction, has been in the construction industry for almost two decades. In 2010, he formed Sardone Construction, a design-build firm located in Dallas, Texas where he has built a reputation for efficient designs, high-quality craftmanship, and great customer service.
He believes that remodeling a home begins with a commitment to customer service before, during and after construction and he strives to exceed customer expectations in every facet of the construction process.
