The use of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) allows engines to meet strict environmental standards. DEF is a solution of 32.5 wt% urea in pure water. Contamination of the DEF will impact the performance of the engine. The urea content must be monitored from initial blending to final delivery to insure top performance.
