Alison Stier

Alison completed her BS in Nursing at Columbia University, NY, NY. After finishing a Master's Degree in Psychiatric Nursing at New York University, Alison worked as an advanced practice psychiatric nurse clinician in different settings, including an emergency psychiatric walk in clinic and a psychiatric emergency room. Alison started work at Mount Sinai Medical Center in NY in 1992. During her career at Mount Sinai, Alison was authorized in New York State to practice as a Nurse Practitioner and started a position at Mount Sinai Medical Center as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in 1999. In 2007 Alison completed a Post Master's Certificate as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Columbia University. Alison has maintained ANCC certification as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Over the past 15 years Alison provided care to clients with a broad array of mental health problems and psychiatric diagnoses in the Psychiatric Ambulatory Care Services at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Alison planned for and recently moved to Florida and looks forward to continuing to care for clients providing individualized medication management and supportive psychotherapy services. Psychoeducation and stress management skills have been an important focus of the treatment she provides. Alison is a member of the Florida Association of Nurse Practitioners and participates in meetings of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association local southeastern Florida Nurse Practitioner group.

Noelia Rodriguez - COO

Noelia became a member of the AMHC staff in 2007. She obtained her General Phlebotomy Certificate in 2010 and specialized in Human Resources Management at Santa Maria University in 2000. Recently, she finished her Master's degree in Psychobiology and Cognitive Neuroscience from the Autonomic University of Barcelona and previously acquired her Clinical Psychology degree from The Central University of Venezuela. Prior to joining AMHC, Noelia worked at the Institute of Neurology and Applied Neurosciences and was involved in several trials investigating fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, and dementia. She also received her training in Neurofeedback in Los Angeles, where she focused on the treatment of children with learning disabilities, attention deficit disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Additionally, she led the Children's Abuse Department of the scientific police in Venezuela.
