Dr. Rachal grew up in Monroe, LA where he graduated from high school at Neville High School. He obtained his bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a major in biological sciences and a minor in chemistry.
Dr. Rachal then graduated from LSU School of Dentistry with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 2017. Dr. Rachal is a member of the American Dental Association and the Louisiana Dental Association.
Dr. Rachal is married to Dr. Mary Webster Rachal, who is also a dentist with a doctorate from LSU School of Dentistry. Together they have three children, Mary Carlyle, Marshall, and Mac. Dr. Rachal loves spending time with his family, fishing, reading, and watching football.
Dr. Mary Webster Rachal is placing her roots deeper into the community she grew up in! She is a Neville High School Alumn and former valedictorian. Mary didn't travel far for college, she attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe receiving her Bachelors of Science. She later obtained her doctorate degree from LSU School of Dentistry. Mary is an active member of the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and the Northeast Louisiana Dental Association. You can catch Mary at the Monroe office.
Dr. Mary Rachal is married to NELA Dental's Dr. Ryan Rachal. They have three children, Mary Carlyle, Marshall, and Mac. Mary enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and embroidering baby clothes.

Mallory Pruden has joined NELA Dental as a new associate doctor. Dr. Debnam is a graduate of LSU Dental School class of 2017. She then went on to receive her her postdoctoral Advanced Education in General Dentistry from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2018. Mallory is from West Monroe and enjoys working as a dentist in Northeast Louisiana. Patients can visit with Mallory at the Farmerville and Monroe locations.
After graduation from Kilbourne High School and Northeast Louisiana University, Dr. Costello received his doctorate from LSU School of Dentistry in 2005. He is a member of American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association and Northeast Louisiana Dental Association. He completed the MCG/AAID Comprehensive Training Course in Implant Dentistry in 2009.
Costello's most recent achievement happened in 2018 when he became a board certified diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry (ABOI/ID). The American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry Diplomate (ABOI/ID) designation symbolizes the highest level of competence in implant dentistry. Dr. Vance Costello is the only practicing dentist in North Louisiana with the ABOI/ID board certification, and one of only four ABOI/ID Diplomates in all of Louisiana. Certification by the ABOI/ID attests to the fact that a dentist has demonstrated knowledge, ability, and proficiency in implant dentistry through a rigorous examination process. Costello worked tremendously hard for nearly a decade to achieve this prestigious designation. In addition to this accreditation, Dr. Costello has completed the American Academy of Implant Dentistry's Comprehensive MaxiCourse and is Fellow of the AAID. Also, he's an instructor with Advanced Implant Educators (AIE) and Implant Know-How.
Dr. Costello and his wife, Carla, have two sons, Connor and Ethan. Dr. Costello enjoys taking his boys fishing and hunting and hanging out with his family.
