Responsible for developing and managing various programs with a special focus on secondary schools. Jessica also oversee most human resources processes and reviews all legal documents and contracts. In addition, Jessica is an Outreach Director with Pittsburgh Gateways, Inc. the founding organization of the Energy Innovation Center and the Energy Innovation Institute. She has extensive experience in all phases of entrepreneurship - both as a creative entrepreneur and as an experienced advisor and counselor to entrepreneurs across the industry sectors of technology, life sciences, arts/entertainment, environmental and more. She brings additional expertise in legal and regulatory matters with a law degree from the Duke University School of Law, in the funding of ventures with years of work in institutional investing, and in all matters involving human capital and human resources with certificates in coaching, mediation, facilitation and innovative education methods. At the EIC, Jessica oversees all Outreach initiatives, including collaborations with schools and universities, funding organizations, businesses and community organizations.

Responsible for developing and managing all program activity. Bob completed his PhD in Higher Education Administration, with a specialty in curriculum development and custom job training. In 1998 he founded Gateways after 31 years experience in institutional administration and economic development, including substantial fund raising, strategic planning and partnering experience across 31 US States and seven countries. Over the course of his many projects he has raised over $670 million in funding from federal, state, corporate and philanthropic sources.
