Gaëtan Bourgoin works in the sustainable finance team as senior advisor, education and training program in sustainable finance. Holder of a bachelor's degree in business administration, with a specialization in international trade, and a graduate microprogram diploma in andragogy, Gaëtan has pursued his career between two passions: adult education, including skills development and assessment, and events.
Three distinct stages have marked Gaëtan's career: after obtaining his bachelor's degree, he landed his first job at CIDA, to work on a financial systems overhaul project in Indonesia. Subsequently, he developed a real expertise as a business conferences producer before becoming a division manager in continuous and customized training.
Even though he is a staunch defender of the animal cause and a convinced vegetarian, one should not be afraid to invite him to dinner, because he is, above all else, a human being always respectful of everyone's choices.

Louis-Philippe Allard joined the Finance Montréal team in the spring of 2022 to develop structuring projects and support technological innovation within the FinTech ecosystem in Quebec.
Louis-Philippe has 17 years of experience in operations management, international economic events production, organizational development and strategic communications. Throughout his tenure as Chief Operating Officer for one of the largest economic forums in the world, he helped grow the network of partners and led the development of summits that allowed the company to establish subsidiaries in the rest of Canada, the United States and France.
A native of Montreal and a graduate of HEC Montreal, he is active on several committees and boards of directors.

Lysa Baumgartner is a jack of all trades when it comes to supporting her team at Finance Montreal. Whether it be building PowerPoints, data analysis, or integrating the new CRM, Lysa can always be counted on to think ‘outside the box' and use creative and strategic ideas to help problem solve and support her CFI team.
Starting her career in accounting with a bachelor's from Concordia University, it didn't take Lysa long to discover that her true passion was in economic development. She has over six years of experience in the field working for both private companies and government associations.
Outside of work, Lysa can be found spending weekends with her two dogs and hiking and camping in the Adirondacks.
