Vinay has opened 75 restaurants in North America, Asia, and Europe. Vinay has worked in every position in a restaurant. In their last position, they were the Chief Operating Officer for Tablez (associated with the Lulu Group) for 5 years. In that position, their team successfully opened 37 restaurants. Vinay has vast experience in positions from HR to hiring and has mentoring CEOs and VPs over the course of their career. And now, Vinay is sharing that knowledge and expertise with you.
Vinay's specialty has always been in building successful teams with various different strengths while simultaneously binding a diverse group of leaders together, as they can literally make or break your business.
Vinay currently lives near Sacramento, California with his wife, who is also a professional in corporate America in the banking world.
