Designer/owner/visionary is driven, passionate, creative successful event designer who dibbled and dabbled in digital communication before eventually finding her niche in event design. She is obsessed with details and believes that the details are what set apart traditional events from phenomenal events. Latonya's aim is to build close relationship with her clients, giving stress-free solution for designing overwhelming corporate or special events! She turn ordinary events into extraordinary one making her masterpiece a true reflection of her client's style, personality, vision or theme. Latonya is committed to invest all her energy to make the client event timeless not to mention unforgettable, seeing her client's breath taking by their vision that have come to life, gives her the satisfaction to continue to deliver exceptional events. Growing up in Houston, Texas Latonya admired her Nana's exceptional design skills which ultimately inspired her to take interest in the design field. Even though, she always felt as a designer at heart from adolescence into adulthood but with the lack of refunds her sense of creativity manifested as well as here eye for emulating what she desired came easy recreating and specializing in customizing events to her preference. Never afraid to take a risk, Latonya established her own event design company in 2013. She is the president and CEO of Git It Gurl Balloon and Event Designs. Latonya ambition is taking her career to larger platforms, she is currently contracted with the Houston Independent School District (HISD) for the next five consecutive years for all their event needs. Latonya's background including Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Texas Southern University, which allow her the skills to plan and manage events delightfully, while administering the budget effectively. She has been recognized for her outstanding event styling by such publications as Houston Style Magazine and Houston Community Magazine. Event design is a love of Latonya's life, moreover her mission is to enjoy and cultivate ideas of the clients at the same time bring their vision to fruition, with a personalize touch of creativity, while providing consistent quality service at a suitable price. In addition to building long-standing relationship with clients' from beginning to end and after their event. Latonya knows her creative imagination will take her above and beyond her hearts desires.
