Mr. Volfing originally joined Grand Slam in 2001. He left in mid-2008 to become the CFO/COO of Oranda Capital LLC and re-joined Grand Slam in early 2011 and has responsibility for the day-to-day operations, in keeping with industry best practices. He also acts as a Co-PM to Mr Sacks, with particular focus on conducting due diligence on investments. Mr. Volfing spent four years at TSR Wireless rising from Vice President of Finance to Chief Financial Officer. While at TSR, Mr. Volfing completed various capital raises and oversaw the integration of a $100mm acquisition. Prior to joining TSR, Mr. Volfing was a commercial lender with Bank of America's Entertainment and Media lending group. At the time, the group had over $2 Billion in committed credit exposure.

Mr. Sacks, as a Principal of Grand Slam, has overall responsibility for the execution of the Partnership's investment and business strategy. Prior to founding Grand Slam General Partners, LLC and Grand Slam Asset Management, LLC, Mr. Sacks spent 9 years at TSR Wireless, the nation's fifth largest wireless messaging company and largest independent wireless retailer, rising from Vice President of Finance to Chief Financial Officer and ultimately Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Sacks completed various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt financings.
