Allan is aHuman Resources professional and member of the Institute of Human Resources Management practitioners of Kenya. Bishop Titus Mbai is the founder and president of Destiny Ministries International, the Bishop over the Destiny Worship Center Churches and President overseeing the Destiny Network of Churches. Born and raised in Kenya, after resigning from employment to serve God in full time capacity in 1986, he first joined The Regions Beyond Ministry (RBM) an Evangelistic ministry based in Kenya where he served as an evangelist/ film director until he resigned to birth the ministry. He was sponsored to the University by the then East African Power & Lighting Company which later became the Kenya Power & Lighting Company Limited. He later joined Kenya Electricity Generating Company (KenGen) in 1998.
