HB-A Consulting is a management consulting providing business coaching services to small business, focusing primarily on woman-owned and minority-owned businesses. Our goal is to support our clients in achieving their objectives, in many situations with limited resources. Our coach, Holly Burton-Aro, brings extensive diverse experience along with a passion for working with small businesses... HB-A Consulting is a minority woman-owned business that was created in 2016 with the primary mission to create comprehensive solutions to solve our clients' problems. Initially focusing on management consulting and business advisory services to national and international public and private entities, as a small business owner Holly recognized the need by other small business owners for assistance to support them in areas that she took for granted but recognized the critical role in business success.
