Allissa McDonald Myers

Allissa Myers brings her ambition and passion for helping her clients get the resolution they need. She puts in each case the same amount of effort, giving her clients the reassurance and confidence they need in their most challenging moments. Allissa has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and the American Bar Association since November 2019 and has worked with Family Law Cases for over five years in her career. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 2016 and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Distinction at the Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. During her time at the University, Allissa was part of the Ballroom Dance Club and a Pi Sigma Alpha. In May of 2019, Allissa received her Juris Doctor at the Temple University Beasley School of Law. Allissa made Dean's List in Spring of 2018 and served as the 2L Day Student Class President. Allissa's activities included the Women's Law Caucus, the Brehon Society, where she served as the Out-reach Chair and being Vice-President of the Temple Law Republicans. Allissa also participated in the Trial Advocacy Program and took pride in being a 1L Representative for the Family Law Society and the Federalist Society.

Colton Whitener

Colton thrives as an attorney, demonstrating his dedication and persistence in helping clients feel prepared and optimistic about their cases, no matter how complex they may be. Colton deals with divorce proceedings, adoptions, and child custody, specializing in Family Law. He instills the confidence needed in his clients to achieve successful outcomes with each case he takes on. Colton is an extraordinary lawyer with exceptional legal writing, research, and analysis skills, making him a valuable addition to the firm. Colton received his Juris Doctor from the Widener University Commonwealth Law school in Harrisburg, PA, in May of 2021. Since then, he has proven his compassion and ambition to ensure that every client gets represented equally in court. Before beginning his journey to becoming a lawyer, Colton worked as a Legal Intern for the Dauphin County Public Defender's office from May 2019 until August 2019. During this time, he gained his experience by attending and observing various court proceedings and writing numerous types of motions for clients. Colton had other responsibilities as a legal intern, such as responding to clients' letters and phone calls and performing legal research for their cases. He then became a Certified Legal Intern for the Central Pennsylvania Law Clinic from August through December 2020. Having a more profound knowledge of the law, Colton handled more challenging tasks in the office, such as advising clients regarding their legal issues on divorce, bankruptcy, and landlord/tenant laws. Additionally, Colton was responsible for researching, writing, and preparing legal documents, maintaining and organizing client files, and corresponding with clients and legal agencies that referred clients. Being an intern helped Colton become the successful attorney he is today. It gave him the chance to get a deeper understanding of what being an exceptional lawyer meant and allowed him to personally grow and appreciate what it means to have a good work ethic. In August 2021, Colton became a Judicial Law Clerk for the York County Court of Common Pleas, where he worked alongside the Honorable Judge Kathleen J. Prendergast. During his time as a clerk, he attended various court proceedings daily, where he would prepare the Judge by performing legal research and preparing bench memos. Colton facilitated and adapted to the Judge's transition from family to the criminal division and advised and provided suggestions on legal issues before the Judge. Additionally, Colton had other duties, such as writing opinions on motions and appeals for civil, family, and criminal law cases and helping write and issue court orders for various proceedings in multiple areas of law. Asides from being an impeccable attorney, Colton loves enjoying his free time to do his other passions in life like playing soccer and golf, traveling the world, and staying healthy and in shape by powerlifting. He is from Middletown, PA, and is proud to represent his fellow community during their most vulnerable moments. Joseph D'Annunzio

Joseph D'Annunzio's diverse work background makes him stand out as an extraordinary Attorney. With over 44 years of combined legal experience in Insurance Defense and Family Law, he instills the confidence needed to provide successful outcomes for each client. His career path began upon receiving his license to practice law in October of 1976. He landed his first legal occupation as an Assistant Public Defender for the Montgomery County Public Defenders Office in 1976, where he represented indigent clients charged with crimes. During his years as a Public Defender, he pursued his dreams of having his private Firm. He succeeded in opening his office in his hometown of Conshohocken, PA, in 1978, where he helped his fellow local community members on various legal matters for 18 years.While in his private practice, Joseph served as a Solicitor to the Civil Service Commission and the Zoning Hearing Board for the Plymouth Township in Montgomery County, PA., where he became a member and the Chairman of the Zoning Hearing Board. While Joseph worked in his private Firm, he served as a Solicitor for the Montgomery County Funeral Directors Association. Montgomery's Norristown Times-Herald highly praised Joseph's hard work and compassion for others, naming him "One of Montgomery County's" community leaders.From 1988 until 1996, Joseph served as a Solicitor for the Montgomery County Office, where his role was representing the Petitioner in Mental Health commitment hearings. Upon closing his private Firm, Joseph was recruited by the ST. Paul Fire And Marine Insurance Company to join their Staff Counsel Office as a Senior Litigator where he was appointed as a Hearing Member for the St. Paul Disciplinary Board. He was involved for a total of 6 years, a total of two three-year terms from 1996 to 2005.After representing the company as fee counsel, Joseph was designated as the counsel of choice and represented several major construction companies in litigation matters. As his terms came to an end, from 2005 to 2009, Joseph became a Managing Attorney for the Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, responsible for managing the most prestigious Staff Counsel Office in Pennsylvania. His drive to succeed allowed him to turn around a staff that had recently failed a company audit, achieving an exceptional score of 4.50 on a 5.00 scale.His many roles included supervising 9 Attorneys and 4 Paralegals, all while maintaining a full caseload. His outstanding work ethic allowed Joseph to represent the office in regional and national executive meetings. In January of 2009, he moved from his hometown in Montgomery to Harrisburg, PA, when he began to work with GEICO, partnering with the Real Estate Division and the Human Resources Office. And not only did he impressively establish a Staff Counsel Trial Office, but he efficiently managed the office as well as all the hires.He created a name for GEICO in the legal community, represented the company in all administrative hearings before the Pennsylvania Insurance Department, and constantly achieved awards for most cases tried among national offices, demonstrating his strong-willed character. Joseph continued thriving in life and was appointed Secretary Of Board for the St. Thomas More Law Society, a not-for-profit organization for Catholic Lawyers dedicated to helping promote the study of the principles of the Catholic Church, relating to the moral and legal problems encountered in the practice of law.An interesting fact about Joseph is that he was appointed an Assessor for the Tribunal of the Diocese of Harrisburg, PA. He also belonged to a church in Conshohocken, PA, in his hometown, where he and his wife ran the Annual Italian Festival. He married his late wife in 1981, and they had their only daughter in 1984. They were married for 32 years until January of 2013, when his wife, unfortunately, passed away. Joseph was able to find happiness again later on in life as he married a fellow widow in 2018.In his younger adult years, he worked during summer breaks side by side with his father in a Steel company that allowed him to meet and bond with his neighbors and become familiar with his community. Joseph proudly represents the community with the same amount of passion that he has demonstrated during his whole career journey.

Kathleen Gadalla

Kathleen brings her invaluable experience in criminal defense and family law. She has more than six years of experience that she gained before becoming a licensed attorney as she expanded her skills and expertise in many areas of law in which she clerked, interned, and worked in a variety of law areas, which gave her the sharp skills and mindset she has today. Kathleen has a concentration in criminal law and is also a certified mediator. She received her permission to practice law in California in May of 2019 and received the license to practice law in Pennsylvania in February of 2021. As she is licensed in two states, Kathleen has an upper hand against her competitors. She graduated from the University of San Diego with a Juris Doctor with a Concentration in Criminal Litigation. She got awarded the Warren Family Scholarship in 2016-2017 and the USD Academic Scholarship in 2015-2016. During her time at the University, Kathleen was part of the Middle Eastern Students Association, advocating for children and Education, and was the Chairman of the Education Liaison Program. She also became an Educations Rights Holder, participated in the Domestic Violence Clinic, and was a Moot Court Alumni Tournament Competitor. She obtained a Juris Doctor, but she also graduated from the University of California in Merced, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in American Politics and a minor in Cognitive Science. While attending the college, she got awarded the Deans' Honor Roll for three consecutive years. She contributed to her community by being a Youth Advocate in the Youth Court Club. She administered a bench trial advocating on behalf of juveniles and received verdicts for them. Kathleen also became the Director of the University of California law clinic, where she coordinated numerous events on campus for advocating student rights. She guided more than 260 students who required legal advice to appropriate lawyers around the Central Valley to assist with their cases from start to finish. She helped with issues ranging from immigration, family, and criminal. As an attorney, she has gained reputable experience in criminal, family, and civil law, and her true passion for helping people in their time of need is indeed clear with every case she defends. Kathleen's passion for justice shines brightest in the courtroom where she has had years of experience arguing in front of various levels of courts- lower-level courts, appellate level, and federal courts. He has experience in trial practices and superior communication skills, allowing his clients to feel confident and safe during their most vulnerable moments. Michael earned his Juris Doctor from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law and has been practicing since 2000, helping his clients solve their legal issues, no matter how complex or challenging they may be. His legal background includes criminal defense, labor and employment, civil rights, municipal law, land use, and zoning, landlord-tenant, workers' compensation, unemployment compensation, child support and custody, divorce, child dependency, personal injury, and insurance defense litigation. Michael began as an Assistant PD in Dauphin County until transitioning to private practice in 2002. He primarily focuses his practice on family law defense, and child dependency. He develops creative litigation strategies to minimize and mitigate client liability/exposure to reach favorable outcomes and solutions. A life-long south-central PA resident, Michael enjoys spending quality time with his two sons, Trenton and Joseph, his dog Loki and family and friends.
