Heat Dance Company is the newest up and coming youth dance competition team in the Bay Area. Under the expertise of professional dancer and choreographer, Jalen Preston, Heat Dance Company has stamped its place in the competition world in a few short years. Known for their elite dance training and community environment, dancers at Heat benefit from training in multiple styles of dance including Horton, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Ballet and Tumbling. Team members also benefit from being members of Heat Mentorship Program, which meets monthly to promote community, character, and scholarship in the young adults... Heat Dance Studio's approach to dance is to provide phenomenal, well-rounded training in an environment that nurtures technique, commitment, determination, dedication, community, and self-awareness and confidence.
