Fook Seng has vast experience in driving software engineering initiatives since 1990. His key track records were successfully delivering software process improvement programs like SEI CMM/CMMi in Motorola, Agile/LEAN in Intel and Automotive SPICE for a Malaysian company. He had a proven track record in managing and delivering multi-million dollar mobile phone (Motorola) and IA embedded platform (Intel) software projects. He had build a solid people/project management skills by working on such mega design/development projects across multiple functional teams. Fook Seng has a strong passion in training/coaching and has developed numerous courses in the area of Software Engineering Best Practices, Agile/Lean Project Management, AI/Digital Transformation, Internet of Things with Arduino/RPi, Design Thinking, Maker Movement, 4th Industrial Transformation, Trust Leadership, AI - ML/DL, etc. During 2015-2018, he was appointed as Lecturer in Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). His contributions spanned across teaching undergraduates/post graduates classes, managing university research projects under Intel/Celcom sponsorship, providing consultancy/training to industry, leading USM wide initiative project named Makers@USM. Heng Chang Song is a forward-thinking senior engineer with over 13 years of experience managing complex automotive-related products and collaborated with superb international car makers namely Tesla, Geely, Great Wall, Nissan, R.Bosch. Currently, He is the project lead of software development team for various automotive product that includes Advanced Instrument Cluster, In Vehicle Android Infotainment Device, Driver Monitoring AI System, Car Wireless Charging module and Automotive Power Management module. Heng Chang Song is a member of the International Software Testing Board certified software tester. Besides this, he is an experienced Android App developer that has been active since year 2013 and successful developed an app which achieved nearly 2 Million downloaded from Google Play Store.

Nero is an instructor in the area of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and deep learning. He strongly believes that an effective and enjoyable learning experience does not start with the learner, but the instructor. Prior to his current education role, his entrepreneurship experience combines data and development into solving the retail industry's problems using computer vision with a focus on video analytics and deep learning technology. He graduated with a Master's Degree in Computer Imaging from Universiti Sains Malaysia where his research focuses mainly on Video Analytics and Multiple Object Tracking (MOT). Meanwhile, he is in charge of international non profit social FB group named "Penang School of AI", which is a learning and sharing community about AI for Northern Malaysia.
